1. The Miracle of Jesse – Continued!
Remember Jesse from our Treasure Hunt in September?
What were the odds that we would meet him today at the mall!
Meeting Jesse today at the mall was the first part of the miracle. The second part of the miracle was the testimony he shared.
Onsighting the team member who had ministered to him in September, he grabbed her hand as she walked through the mall.
She turned to see a smiling Jesse who was excited to see her.
He thanked her for the word she had shared with him in September. On that day, he was 5 days away from engaging in an illegal activity that would have ended his life.
Between the last Treasure Hunt and today’s Treasure Hunt, God has turned things around!
– The hotel, which had initially turned down his proposal to set up and Eat Out at their facility, reached out to him and approved his proposal.
– Not only that, they won’t be charging him a fee for setting up the Eat Out. Initially, he was to pay a fee for the set up. Now, he gets to do it at no cost!
– Also, he is in the process of opening another Eat Out in a different location!
God indeed honours His words and brings to pass His promises!
2. Clearer Eyes and Faith
Green shirt, a boy wearing glasses, cataract…
These were the clues a member of the team had gotten. Soon enough, he saw a woman with her son in one of the stores at the mall. The young boy wore a pair of glasses
The team member approached his mum and asked for her consent to pray for her son’s eyes. They agreed that He would go after the healing three times, i.e., pray for the boy three times.
After the first prayer, the boy confirmed that his vision in one eyes had improved. By the end of the third prayer, he said that his vision was just the same as after the first prayer.
However, the team member sensed the strong faith the boy, his mum and his sister had – His sister also wore glasses.
Though the prayer was meant for the boy, his sister confirmed that she could see more clearly after the third round of prayers.
Indeed, God had started a healing miracle! The team member encouraged them to stay mindful of the changes that would occur over time.
3. Young Hearts at the Hunt
Today, we were joined by two amazing young people aged 12 and 13. They listened for downloads and got the clues to help them find God’s treasure.
Big white glasses, black and red, brown T-shirt… These were the clues the young teenage boy received.
During the hunt, the clues led him to the treasure. It was a sales representative at the mall. He gave her the word he received from God. She confirmed how accurate it was and was really grateful that he had given her the word.
Black and Red, Vegetables, Psalm 91…
These were the clues the young pre-teen girl had received.
During the hunt, she found the person who fit the description she had received from God. She prayed Psalm 91 over him and he was truly grateful for the time of ministry.
We have more encounter stories to tell and God willing, we will share them!
This November, you have yet an amazing opportunity to be a part of writing these stories with God.
