Show Up for You starts with one simple choice.
Dear You,
I hope you’ve been showing yourself the same kindness you so freely give away.
The truth is, we often become experts at showing up for everyone else. We remember birthdays, check in on friends, meet deadlines, solve problems, and carry burdens that aren’t even ours. Then we get to the end of the day with nothing left for ourselves.
What if today you chose differently? What if you did one small thing that says, “I matter too.”
It doesn’t have to be dramatic.
Drink the water.
Take the walk.
Read a page.
Sit in silence.
Say no without guilt.
Book the appointment.
Pray.
Journal.
Rest.
Small acts of self-care are not selfish. They are reminders that you are worthy of the same love, attention, and compassion you so readily extend to others.
Wholeness isn’t built in grand moments. It’s cultivated in the quiet, daily decision to keep showing up; for your healing, your growth, your peace, and your future.
So here’s your gentle reminder:
Show up for you as faithfully as you show up for everyone else.
You deserve that kind of love, too.
Love,
Your future whole self.
